2026 Fall Craft & Vendor Show
Experience the Cowgirls by Grace Fall Craft & Vendor Show at Saltgrass Cowboy Church on October 3, 2026 showcasing a variety of unique handcrafted items and gifts.
o Gates for Vendors open at 8:00 AM
o Craft Show hours from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
o $50.00 per 10x10 Spot (no donations, or additional requirements from vendor).
o Vendors must bring their own tables, canopies, chairs, and signage.
o Vendors are responsible for their own setup and teardown.
o No Electricity available.
o No spot(s) reservations; You pick your spot upon arrival.

IMPORTANT: All merchandise must be family-friendly and consistent with Christian values. No offensive, vulgar, occult-themed, sexually suggestive, or otherwise inappropriate items will be permitted. Church leadership reserves the right to request the removal of any item considered inappropriate for the event. 1 Corinthians 10:31 – “So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”In everything we do, we should honor God.
o All vendors are responsible for their own liability insurance or must sign a church waiver upon registration.
o No selling alcohol, tobacco, illegal or inappropriate goods.
o No food truck vendors
§ Due to Church Food Plate Fundraiser for 2026-2027 outreach Ministries and Youth Ministry building renovations.
o Vendor(s) Cottage Foods Permitted: honey, pickled jar foods, canned and fermented goods. Baked cookies, cake pops, cakes and homemade breads and Family-friendly refreshments permitted.
